I also took two UWorld self assessments, about 2 weeks apart from each other. Including the self assessments I only did about 1500 UWorld questions. Lastly, I would wake up early everyday and do my quizzes at the same time that I had my NCLEX scheduled for, in order to get into that routine.

After failing my first attempt i purchased the Saunders 8th edition NCLEX Prep book and basically read it front to bank. It truly helped me, but I still ended up failing my 2nd attempt. On the nclex you have to get the medium difficulty questions correct at least 50% of the time. Take it with a grain of salt though the CATs are still in developmental stages.
