So I think I solved this for my 48" Ultrawide. In Fallout4Prefs.ini I put this in. bBorderless=1. bFull Screen=0. iSize H=1080. iSize W=3840. When I set bFull Screen to 1 it would keep crashing after about 15 seconds or so into a new game or loading an existing one. Here is the mod many use for Ultra Wide-Screen gaming in Fallout 4. Works great for me on my 3440x1440 panel. I have a 1440x3440 monitor and can not get the game to display properly. I have tried editing the resolution in the text file and Ultrawide mods.
