Remove the battery cables completely, touch the terminals together (you won't get shocked) and it will discharge the system and reset the radio.Your motherboard is a stacked design, two boards joined by an interposer ring. The CPU is on top, the wifi/BT stuff is on bottom. There is a faulty connection in between, usually a bad solder joint somewhere around the ring. You will need the services of a microsoldering technician to replace the solder and rejoin the boards.
