Well I managed to clear a m+3 & m+4 with one person quitting on two instances in a row. We had a priest and 3 demon hunters, one vengeance, two havok. We stuck it out and still managed to beat the timer. I was ilvl 365ish at the time. So I imagine you could be significantly lower than this and still clear with a full party.Want to get into mythic+ since i didn't do much of em in BFA.
