Leverage the experience (and hopefully free ptcb certification) which walgreens gave you and JUMP SHIP. Walgreens will not try to retain talent as long as the talent continues to stay for no incentive.

I'm wondering if RXOM is really worth the extra pay and incentives. At my store (tier 5) the answer seems to be a resounding "no."
