That is fanon and all souls have determination. Not 100% fanon cause we do see "determination" in red a lot of times while interacting with the save point on genocide.So, at the end of True Pacifist, Asriel absorbs the 6 human SOULs and all the monster SOULs that were nearby (all those monsters that came to your rescue). When I first played the game, I did a True Pacifist, and when this moment arrived, I was really, really sad, because I thought that, if Asriel absorbed all monster SOULs, that would mean that he KILLED all of them.
