Take off the side plug on the bowl. Turn the nut until the fuel level just barely starts to trickle out of the side hole. Tighten the screw on top of the nut. Put the side plug back in. Thats it! If the holley float level is too high there will be flooding or fuel spilling over into the venturi of the carburetor unmetered.
