Best woods cam for 103.

Ive tried to locate a manifold with no luck for a 103". Ive seen them for 110" and 106" and not sure if they will work and just wondering if anyone has ever done this or knows ...A 95 inch with a woods 6 with compression at 9.8-10.1 is a great running combo that will not require roller rockers , high dollar springs etc. Do not overlook other cams for great low end power. The andrews 26 or 21 will not wow you with hp numbers but the tq curve is very impressive and the cost for the cams are much less.These cams truly give you the best of both worlds, stump pulling torque down low along with big midrange and top end horsepower. Dec 24, 2014 · +1 on the woods 222 cams or the fueling 543 cams for a 103 for low end torque, IMO. This cam is perfect for cruising. It has a flat torque curve that gives you power just where you need it on a touring bike. It cools down the heat issues that come with many of the newer bikes. While the 204's are good (I ran them in a 95" and loved them), the 54's are making people happy with the 96's.nighttrain67. The Wood cams make some very good power, but despite what Bob or anyone else says, they bring a little more noise to the valvetrain. Some grinds are louder than others, but the trade-off is generally a motor that makes a bit more power than a comparative cam from a different company.

I'm torn between the Wood TW-6-6 grind, which is a .510" lift and the TW-7H, which is a .575" lift. All other cam specs are identical.

The tw6 is a .510 lift, the 37 is a .510 lift and the 26 is a .490 lift so none of these needs roller rockers.
