If it has a throttle body you can put fuel in the throttle body directly, if not and only do this once or twice, you can spray starting fluid in the air intake. Hi Guys, I have a 1996 Chevy K1500 P/U 5.0L 4x4. The truck cranks but will not fire. I have checked every fuse, swapped out the fuel pump relay, I changed the fuel pump & tank strainer. I get 60 PSI fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Even tried some starter fluid with not even a cough. I have pulled a couple of spark plugs and get spark at the plugs.
