It has started making a clicking/ticking sound that can be heard in the cab pretty good and once window is rolled down, it is even louder. It sounds like it is coming from the rear end or bed area.

I've come across another drivetrain problem, which are usually a pain in the ass to figure out and track down, especially by yourself. This time, I have a ticking or clicking noise coming from the front passenger side wheel area. The sound gets faster with speed, and slows down while braking. It does it turning left or turning right.

Don't ask me how I know, had to have aluminum adapter plate, flywheel flex plate and torque convertor replaced because of torque convertor bolts coming loose ...

It's an interaction of parts that are all within spec causing a harmonic vibration in the block.
