So far I have tried all of these steps: Replaced carb with new Zama RB-K5. New 91 octane gas with 50:1 synthetic oil. Replaced all fuel lines, fuel filter and tank grommet. Cleaned muffler.If you maintain it properly, and drain the fuel in the winter, you shouldn't need to adjust the carb. Use non ethanol fuel if you can find it. The oil to mix with the fuel is not very expensive, and the 225 is quite fuel efficient. My company now's somewhere around 100-125 lawns a week per crew.
