Glock 30s vs glock 30sf.
From my understanding, the 30 gen 4 has the same grip dimensions as the 30SF if you don't use a backstrap attachment. Also, the 30SF has the dual recoil spring assembly which is also included in the Gen 4 models. With that being said, are there any differences between the 30 gen 4 and the 30SF?

If you want a Glock 30sf, the Gen.4 Glock with no back strap should be the same as the Gen. 3 SF. The S model 30's have a thinner slide like the 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 Sig Glocks. Unfortunately they come on the 30sf lower, so no Gen.4 option as of yet.

I recently compared the Gen 4 G30, a G30 SF, and a G30s all side by side. All were new in the box, were blue labels and were priced exactly the same.

The 30S has an SF frame. It will conceal slightly better IWB. If you're planning to leave it stock, the 30S is great. If you're interested in modifying your pistol to shoot other calibers, you'd need to go with the 30SF.
