Credentialing Coordinator (Former Employee) - Remote - June 12, 2021. Management is very inexperienced and therefore a very chaotic work environment and poor communication. Managers are too busy and overwhelmed to manage staff well. Lifestance needs to hire experienced. and mature managers. Most managers have had a few years of experience as staff.Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out.
