Seems around 25% for legend and 30-35% for master. You're much better off doing legend sectors. The extra time just isn't worth it. Strongly recommend Perdition, Chamber of Starlight, and Aphelion's Rest if you're experienced and want to speed run. If you're newer to lost sectors Bunker E15 is super easy but not as fast as the above.
