When I dump a load of powder in the barrel I want it to flow directly to the touch hole. IMHO the modern patent breech does not allow that as well as a normal breech. Salt. 1.

In my reading I see that many folks look down on the Traditions rifles in general.Powder charge. Nitro (hard) card. Shotload. Thin overshot card.
