I narrowed it down earlier in the week that I wasn't getting any spark so I ordered a new coil. That came today and I put it on and still having same issue. So last weekend I was running power wires from the battery up to the posts under the hood so I'd be able to use all three terminals. As I was tightening the positive to the solenoid down by the battery, the lug twisted off. 2015 Ranger 570 won't crank. I'm having a problem with my 2015 Ranger 570 EFI Crew not cranking. Fuel pressure 60 psi (holds), strong spark, good battery, fluid levels good, wrench and hour glass on instrumentation (needs service, shouldn't keep it from cranking). Turns over, but will not crank. Starter fluid will make if fire, but not crank.

Morning temps close to freezing. Crank no start… every once in a while would catch an idle then die. Did not have a lot of tools in camp so swapped a few relays, charged battery, tried priming with key on a bunch, but nothing. Tested fuel pressure: 12 - 18 psi. Replaced fuel pump: now with key first on 58psi.

I would give it a little gas and it would start back up most times. But some times I would have to let it sit for a few minutes and then it would start.
