Dual wielding would be better if you can get an offhand chaotic. Try using barrows armor, it's defensive stats should be 5 levels higher than Bandos armor. Your gear is fine just swap out the D scim for enhanced excalibur and stand on that spot where you can flurry hit all 4 of them at once with ss on.

What I want to know is whether a tertiary drop is by default more common than its rate suggests. For instance you get hard clues (1/128) a hell of a lot more often than bandos or kree armor drops (1/127).
