In terms of raw gameplay, the WiiU and Switch versions of BotW are virtually identical. This is by design, with the BotW dev team essentially forced to cross-make the game on both infrastructures. On console, there's performance differences, with the Switch version running much better and having slightly better draw distance among other things.
BOTW runs 1080p/60fps on almost any PC with Cemu, stick with that until Yuzu has better emulation for it. On cemu works fairly well. I have a i7-10700 CPU, Nvidia RTX 2060 with 32GB RAM. That's about as powerful a pc that you're gonna need to run BOTW at a smooth, constant 30fps. Yuzu for the switch is a little different though and hasn't been around as long as Cemu. So it doesn't have as many tweaks/mod options. But I've seen people playing Tears of the Kingdom over 45 fps in yuzu on Ally. So a few more tweaks and we might get to 60fps.
Minimize the mods category. Select and enable the Graphics checkbox. You should see a menu on the right half of the window, where you can edit graphical settings. Aspect Ratio. Breath of the Wild runs on a 16:9 aspect ratio on the Wii U. If you have a monitor that isn't 16:9, you may change the aspect ratio to match it in Cemu.Most people use a 60fps mod fix and a blur disable mod. I've no idea if the blur mod helps performance. The 60 FPS mod is required because the game intentionally drops to 30 FPS between scenes on the switch for a few seconds(I don't know why, digital foundry have a video showing it) and the mod stops this from happening.

I recently went through tons of settings on yuzu to find the best settings for BOTW. (TotK prep) Running Yuzu EA 3507, Win 11 5800X3D and a 10GB 3080. BOTW V1.60 with DLC 1 and 2 and 60FPS mod from theboy181. Graphics- API: OpenGL, Shader backend: GLASM since im on nvidia.
The issue was being caused by the newest version of the 60 fps patch, which is labeled "60fps_totk" in my mods folder. I had an older version from a few days ago called "60fps". Disabling the new one and using the old one, fixed this issue that was causing the game to significantly speed up along with your frame rate.

In all the games I've played in Yuzu so far I'm getting 1080p 60fps locked with a Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060, doubt that's the minimum for 1080p@60 but can look around those specs to start off. Forget the switch and just upgrade your pc. You could easily make your computer more powerful performance wise than a switch.if you're on 1.0.0, you need to grab the update NSP file. enter your CFW and then enter the Homebrew menu by starting the BotW game and holding onto the R trigger button.
