I'm really just excited to play Victoria on Small Continents. My problem with canals is that they only cover 1 tile, they should cover from 1 to 3 tiles. Covering three tiles is exactly what the panama canal can do. Plus, if a city is one tile off of a body of water a three tile waterway can be made from coast to city to another coast or lake.Following this guide requires the Gathering Storm expansion. Came here to say this. Hungary are straight up top tier for me. I achieved my fastest deity domination victory with them - turn 151 on a standard seven seas map with 7 AI opponents. Crazy. All you need is gold, a bit of science and suzerainty of one city state. The rest is history. Civ 6 does have many of the same features, including selecting your choice of game difficulty and game pace, as well as a multiplayer option. Trouble with the Triple Seven achievement? R5: The steam achievement Triple Seven requires you to have Seven cites and Seven Zeven Provincieren in your empire. As you can see in the screenshot attached, I have more than enough cities and ships but the achievement didn't unlock.
