For my builds online, as a matter of consistency, I feel I should stick with the tree descriptions. DDO being a game full of confusion, particularly for new players. Though simple testing (as you mention below) shows otherwise: you never know, this could get fixed in the near future to reflect the tree, rather than the buff bar.Gear + filigrees fully updated in the live game Images added to the main post.
