Poleblade is very nice for people who like having a super powerful ace up their sleeve with the weapon art. The charged R2 is also quite good for bleed procs. Honestly, ER does a very good job with build diversity. 95% of builds feel great--I keep finding myself switching up my weapon loadouts, without even respecing.The weapon art is one of the coolest in the game and can be effective against groups of enemies. Now powestancing it with another twinblade with bleed/frost + jump attack can be OP. I used Eleonora's Poleblade for most of my playthrough and it was pretty good but not OP and it's easily my favorite Twinblade to use.

The Poleblade will be a little weak but you'd probably do best with a pure Dex build. Pure Arc wouldn't do anything for HoM whereas pure Dex does help Eleonora's at least some. Splitting between them would be the worst of both worlds.
