FLINT, Mich.— Flint City Councilman Eric Mays has passed away. That's according to the City of Flint's Facebook page. Eric Mays was a third-term councilman who represented Flint's First Ward. "He was beloved for his bold and courageous service on behalf of Flint’s First Ward, and his strong presence will be deeply missed," the City said.
