I think the real torque spec for the flywheel is right around 50-60 ft. lbs and the pressure plate depends on your clutch size. if i remember correctly 10 inch clutch is 15-20 ft lbs and the 11inch is 20-29 ft lbs or something close to ... Actually Ford service manual says to torque inner nut to 50 ft-lbs, while rotating wheel back and forth to seat bearings. Then back nut off 90 degrees. After installing lock ring, install outer lock nut and torque to 50-80 ft-lbs. Hope this helps. This is what I did when i redid my D44 and have had no issues.
