I removed my glovebox and remote start box in order to access the cabin air filter slot, and after plugging it back in, will no longer start up the car. The alarm will go off, and the dash panel will read "Ford KeyFree not detected". It's a 2012 Focus Titanium hatch, with the dealer installed unidirectional Remote Start 300.

Every now and then when I leave the car and lock it (tried both key and button on handle) the car fails to U3000a BCM power input open. B10e5 PCM wake up signal circuit. B10e7 starter relay circuit. B10d7 PATS key invalid data. The p06e9 is just stating that an invalid key was used. The u3000a is jumping out at me. You replaced fuses 8 and 9, but fuse 4 is the other BCM fuse. If there were a true anti-theft/ key detected system issue it would do nothing at all, no clicking. Since you get a click from the starter relay or starter motor solenoid, this means it is trying to start but there is not enough amps.
