Forza horizon 5 steering wheel settings.
FH5 not properly working with my steering wheel. I am using a Thrustmaster T300RS GT edition and tried it today with FH5. To properly turn the car in sharp corners, I legit have to turn the wheel nearly the full 900 degrees, compared to other streamers and youtubers that only have to turn it 180 degrees at most. Do I have some settings wrong?

Experiment to see what works. For the in-game settings, I increase ffb on road and decrease slightly on off road or it shakes my entire table. I reduce centering strength a little bit to compensate for the reduced wheel rotation I prefer. It feels pretty close to my real life car at speed.Steering dead zone. that is the solution for Logitech in Xbox with FH5. 40 is the same as setting rotation to 360, 60 the same as 540, 80 is the same as 720. 100, default, is 900 rotation. While in game, open the firmware updater (NOT CONTROL PANEL) from the thrustmaster drivers. When the wheel pops up in the list go back to forza and it should be working. You don't even need to update the wheel it just makes your forza recognize it. If you don't have the firmware updater you can get it from the link below under the drivers tab.
