The thing pulled a 14' fiberglass skiff with two onboard at a good clip, (I'd guess about 18 mph or so with two big guys onboard). Jun 7, 2009 · Re: 15 hp gamefisher fuel pump? On those Eska-based 15hp outboards, the fuel pump is a red rubberish bladder that fits into the carburetor on the flange of the carb. It needs to be installed with the narrow slot at 10 o'clock and 4 o'clock.
