For those that might have the same or similar problems, try going to your appdata\local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\LevelCache folder and deleting everything inside it. Everything loads very quickly now on my end. Hope it might help someone else!
The loading time is especially long when reloading the game after playing for some time, but even before that, it's pretty annoying. I was wondering if anyone has some quick fix for that. I'm running it on DX11 and it still doesn't solve it. Tweaked some stuff in my Nvidia settings too. Any help would be much appreciated. I've lowered all of the graphic settings to low and I'm still getting horribly slow texture pop in. My specs: GTX 1060 6GB, i5 7400, 8GB RAM. Saw an article recommending increasing RAM so I doubled my PC's 8GB RAM to 16GB and it launches and loads decently quickly now. I just clocked it at 1:40 to fully launch starting from DX11 from Larian Launcher. Re-loading saved games takes about a minute. Seems to be a launcher issue. Makes the game basically unplayable.
