I use an autoclicker rarely, and it only clicks 7 times a second, which is slower than my own clicking speed.

I mean Never Click or even True Never Click aren't hard achievements. Iirc it doesn't take more than 90 minutes to complete both of those. The real challenge in them is only that you have to kinda resist clicking the big cookie. The achievement Hardcore (baking 1 billion cookies without buying any upgrades) is a little harder though.
