Seems that people in this thread don't realize—you can check Neomuna from orbit between xx:45 and xx:15 (for example, 6:45-7:15 pm). If there's a public event in the Incursion Zone, hover your mouse over it and it will tell you if it's the Strike Force event. You don't have to just hang around on the planet. Reply reply.
