Directv box blinking red.

Feb 14, 2019 · litzdog911. What Genie model number? When did the problem start? I have reset the Genie and the bridge. Have also unplugged the Genie. Other Genies in the house work fine. Issue persists. My on and off buttons on my remote are the only ones that are working. The rest of the buttons on the remote cause the remote to flash double blue lights at the top and the TV does not register the signal (if the signal was sent). Please help. Perhaps those DIRECTV STREAM boxes haven’t been used in awhile and need an update or something through Ethernet to get them going with Wireless. In other words, they need new ‘drivers’. I did the reset, restart, unplug of the power, restarted the modem and the screen says No Internet ...
