2014 Radio Dead. I have a 14 Grand Caravan RT. It has the touchscreen radio. It suddenly stopped working. All that powers up is the backlighting for the buttons. They intermittently flash on and off. I have checked the fuse and it is good. I have reset the the IOD fuse and unplugged the battery for a reset.Reset Procedure 2.
