Have a 04 LLY Duramax that I cannot get too start up. I replaced the fuel filter housing as well and it primes up good and hard. The only code I'm getting is a p0090 something with the fuel pressure regulator.Faulty fuel pressure regulator causing idle surge. 09 lmm throwing p0090 code fpr circuit. I’ve changed fpr, mass air flow sensor, map sensor, throttle position sensor. Still getting code. I ohmed out my fpr wire and it’s good. The most common problem on the Duramax is the EGR. That and head gasket issues. As far as electrical issues, this is really the only other one I know of. ECM issues are not common at all.
