If she's flat out refusing you, then you messed up. Without console commands or maybe mods I don’t think it is possible now. You would have had to choose the right dialogue options the first time or she will refuse forever. You have to pick the least intrusive dialogue, just ask if she's ok, rather than mentioning the cure.
