Honda odyssey automatic door not closing.

Asked by GuruLCD24 Apr 05, 2019 at 09:01 AM about the 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring FWD. Question type: Maintenance & Repair. I have a issue with my 2018 Odyssey rear sliding. door. It doesn't latch after closing, or doesn't open. at all. I got the latch replaced for ongoing recall, but the issue still exist. Does anyone having same issue?For the closing issue, check the condition of the rubber lip at the front edge of the sliding door. It is a pinch sensor, and if it is deformed or out of place in any way, it can trigger the safety stop of the auto door system. -Charlie.
