Give all soul gems you want filled to a follower. Take all weapons away from them and give them a single weapon with soul trap on it. The first enemy they kill will fill ALL the soul gems they have in their inventory. If you want a less cheap way just lower the difficulty to beginner, equip a soul trap weapon, and just run through a few dungeons.
