Closed Captioning is OFF for both the Fire stick device and in the separate Settings for Xfinity Stream.When the video starts playing, if you are on a desktop, click the "CC" icon at the bottom of the video. This will turn on the captions. If you are on a mobile device, then at the top of the video, tap "CC" to enable closed captions. To disable the captions, simply tap the "CC" icon again. Then go back into the Xfinity app and start a program. CC is defaulted to on, so pause the program and at the bottom of the screen arrow over to cc, turn it off. The rest of the programs started without cc on.
