Same deal here, index user. I've had this issue for a long ass time, reinstalls, mod removal, nothing has fixed it. Attempting to delete any traces of mods and a full reinstall, and if it doesn't work, I'm convinced this is a longstanding issue that for some reason has not been fixed up to this point.Hello!
