Doing Anki isn't really a substitute for the books. It is used to help retain the information you have read from the books. Anki alone would not help you understand the material and you would probably end up memorizing cards and not material. I think if you are weak on content, you should be prioritizing the prep books and khan academy videos first. Anki is more to supplement the learning, not as the primary way to learn.
