Kill as much as possible, in as close time frames as possible. HT is really good for the passive healing. Basically build it like kingpin or stoic. Actually, you rely more on health than armor. You have massive HP, like Muscle, but without the aggro draw as muscle or the aggro draw of Kingpin on activation.

I don't know about leech, but I assume it is the same. Grinder or biker are probably the perk decks that benefit most from sentries. I’m running a sentry build.
