the problem with your question is you want exact numbers for exact tools at a certain field size. the tools you ask about, not everyone uses. as soon as I build my smithy, I start making stone hoes, I only ever make 1 wooden hoe for the quest. I farm on 10X10 fields, and a stone hoe lets you plow 200 farm tiles.for profit potage seems to be the easiest you can plant cabbage 2x a year and with a decent hunter in the hunters shed youll get tons of meat. Flax takes alot of it to make thread but the seed sells pretty decent i plant 50 plots of flax then in summer plant 50 plots of cabbage. at start 18-20 plot farm works well untill you are established.Open the NPC village screen and make sure it says lumberjack.
