There is no official documentation, but I've seen tons of anecdotal evidence, including prominent YouTubers, that have said that Tesla changed the suspension on both the M3P and MYLR/MYP to be softer. Likely due to all of the complaints and negative press around the MY feeling so unrefined due to it's "crashy" suspension.

The MYP is currently at a discount of $5k right now. The price difference between an MYP and MYLR has always been $8-$10k. Tesla is using the shorter waiting time to lure some of the MYLR demand into MYP which currently has more capacity than demand. But once Texas comes on line, Tesla will most likely put back the $10k premium over MYLR back.
