a lot of ppl are saying dual wielding is bad in 5e and I'd like to say that's irrelevant cuz it's not the case in BG3, comparing to 2-handed: 2d8+10 vs 2d6+5. Dual Wielder Fighter only using 1 weapon. So I have a lvl 6 Battle Master Fighter with the dual wielder feat. I have equipped 2 versatile weapons and they were hitting with both weapons on both the attacks. I've recreated the build on Karlach but she only uses both weapons on the first attack, and the second one she only hits with the main weapon.
