Feb 13, 2012 · Ok so Saturday I'm gettin ready to leave work, had moved the truck around to the wash bay, cleaned it up, brought it inside to do detailing on it. get done with that, start it and throws CEL and defaulted to max rail pressure. cleared codes in the truck, light instantly came back on. checked the fault codes and found the only code was p0090 for fuel pressure control circuit. 0. 0. Apr 9, 2013. #1. I got a 03 dmax lb7.with code p0089. The des fuel press is 40mpa and starts climbing to 160mpa and stays there. Also had fuel dilution problem. So I did all 8 injectors, fuel filter, fpr in cp3. Still act fuel press is 160mpa.The issues started getting worse again. Right up until the engine limped and threw a P0090 code that will not clear. I did not get any other codes. No low or high rail pressures. I have battery + voltage on the the purple wire going to the FPR seems like 2.5 volts across the purple/yellow wires. And 1.25 V- on the yellow.I have the codes p0047 and p0090 together, boost is jumping from 0 to 100 and fuel moving from 12 to 12.8 ish . ...
