The incantation doesn't add damage to the weapon just gives it bleed with a lingering bleed build up. If just for buffing I didn't really find anything better than the finger seal, I tested it with the dragon seal, golden order seal, and the clawmark seal. I'm trying to build the same thing, and it is really weird that the finger seal is the best.
