Usually when this happened it would spit out the CD, I would load it back in, and everything would play fine. In the engine compartment fuse box identify & mark relays 31, 32 & 53. Then swap 31 & 32 each in turn with relay 53. You can leave the 53 slot empty for the tests. I ran into the same issue, I found that the Harness that connects the headlights itself to the car had some loose wires in it, and if I fiddled around with the wires I could make the low beam come back on. It's a 2008 G6 GT 3.5L V6 Convertible Coupe. Instrument panel says "Door Ajar" when all doors are closed and the passenger door window stops 1" from the top. It will roll down and back up, but only to that 1" stopping point. We did try the window reset procedure, but that didn't help. I feel like the window issue is related to the door ajar issue.
