Recently I have drifted away from using Memento in my DPS-style builds (Spotter, Scum Cannon, Obliterate, etc), and I now use a max'd-out Ceska backpack with Unstoppable Force. Unstoppable Force is a fantastic talent (which is actually an echo of a 4-piece Hunter's Fury), and unless you are running an SMG, Ceska is an important brand. Even further than 15m you still get 10% and plus it grants the bonus to teammates. Hunter backpack daze radius is really nice to have as well. Not a Hunters fury anymore but a full high end SMG build is quite powerful as well. 3 piece Sokolov + Grupo + Fox' Prayer + Ceska or coyote mask. Even Memento can be used in place of Coyote.
