It stays impossible to craft the minotaur summoning station, it even doesn't show amongst the other exocraft. It does show up in the summoning menu, which states I do not own the Minoutaur. The exocraft summoning room option on my freighter is also not available, so maybe I have overlooked something or it is a bug in NMS.
