It is not a Warlock though. There is an archetype for the Vigilante class called Warlock that gets 6th level spell casting, and can make 1d6 energy attacks at-will. There really isn't a class quite like the Warlock in Pathfinder. There are things that resemble Warlock abilities, like the Hex ability from the Witch class, but no true 3E Warlock.

I think that this is combanation of two things: 1st - what YOu wrote already - Vigilante talents are more powerful than feats. 2nd - there is a lot of them and there is a possibilty to create broken things.
