With the ban on first semester rushing, frats are seeing plenty more sophomore rushing. It's totally normal. First semester rush is 99% sophomores since freshman can't rush in the fall. Even in the spring there are still some sophomores but it is a little bit tougher since there will be a lot more people rushing.
