Legion is great in my opinion. In my humble opinion, the best zone for leveling between 110-120 is Drustvar. No zone has kept me captivated as much as that zone did. I played for 14 hours straight clearing every quest there was to clear and killing dozens of elites along the way. I love that zone to death.
